Incubator use precautions

Before using the machine, perform a complete system check. Ensure there is no debris inside the unit, that all moving parts are flexible and functioning properly, that the safety mechanisms are intact, and that the external wiring is correctly connected. Also verify that the power supply voltage meets the required specifications. If the voltage is unstable, it's recommended to use a voltage stabilizer to protect the equipment. Place the machine in a well-ventilated area with smooth access for operation. It should be installed on a solid base, such as a thick layer of bricks or concrete, to ensure stability and prevent vibrations. To start the machine, first turn on the main power switch (regulator), then activate the power switch and the electronic control display. Next, turn on the fan switch so the large fan starts running, and check that the heating indicator light is on, confirming that the heating element is working. Finally, turn on the egg switch and test the alarm button to ensure the alarm system is functioning properly. The lighting switch can be used as needed. Once the machine is powered on, observe the fan’s rotation, the turning mechanism’s movement, the flipping angle, and the overall control status. Allow the machine to run and stabilize for two days during initial setup. Only after confirming everything is operating correctly should you begin placing eggs for hatching. When loading or unloading eggs, make sure to turn off the egg switch first. Use the rocker to gently shake the egg rack before placing or removing eggs. Afterward, turn the switch back on, adjust the egg-turning mechanism to the correct angle, and return the system to normal operation. Always rotate the handle in the direction of the arrow to avoid damaging the mechanism. Regularly check the tension of the belt. If it's too loose, airflow will be reduced, ventilation will suffer, and temperature differences inside the machine may increase. If it's too tight, it can shorten the lifespan of both the belt and the motor. Adjust as necessary for optimal performance. During periods of low production, perform a full cleaning of the machine. Lubricate the bearings with grease to ensure proper maintenance and extend the life of the equipment. This routine upkeep helps maintain efficiency and reliability over time.
