Incubator use precautions

Before using the machine, perform a complete system check. Ensure there is no debris inside the unit, that all moving parts are operating smoothly, and that the safety mechanisms are functioning properly. Verify that the external wiring is correctly connected and that the power supply voltage meets the required specifications. If the voltage is unstable, it's highly recommended to install a voltage stabilizer to protect the equipment. Place the machine in a well-ventilated area with enough space for smooth operation. It should be positioned on a solid base, such as a thick layer of bricks or concrete, to ensure stability and prevent vibrations. To start the machine, first turn on the main power switch (regulator), then activate the power switch and the electronic control panel. Turn on the fan switch, allowing the large fan to run, and check that the heating indicator light is on, confirming that the heating element is working. Finally, turn on the egg switch and test the alarm button to ensure the alarm system is functional. The lighting switch can be controlled as needed. Once the machine is powered on, observe the fan rotation, the turning mechanism, the flipping angle, and the overall control performance. Allow the machine to run for two days during the initial startup and debugging phase. Only after confirming that everything is operating correctly should you begin placing eggs for hatching. When loading or unloading eggs, first turn off the egg switch. Use the rocker to gently shake the egg rack before placing or removing the eggs. Then, turn the egg turning mechanism to the desired angle and return the machine to normal operation. Always turn the handle in the direction indicated by the arrow to avoid damaging the system. Regularly check the tightness of the belt. If it's too loose, it may result in reduced airflow, poor ventilation, and an uneven temperature distribution inside the machine. If the belt is too tight, it could shorten the lifespan of both the belt and the motor. Adjust the tension as necessary to maintain optimal performance. During periods of low production, it's important to clean the entire machine thoroughly. Lubricate the bearings with grease to ensure smooth operation and extend the machine’s service life. Proper maintenance will help keep the equipment in good condition and ready for future use.
