Vietnam and other countries will study potential resistance to avian influenza virus

According to Xinhua News Agency, Hanoi, July 26th (Reporter: Fei Honghai), director of the Central Epidemiology Health Research Institute of Vietnam, Chen Chenxian, said that Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia will begin to carry out the potential drug resistance of the H5N1 bird flu virus in early August of this year. Experiment to find out better ways to treat bird flu patients.

According to a report by the Vietnamese media on the 25th, the trial will be conducted in Ho Chi Minh City Tropical Disease Hospital and Hanoi Tropical Diseases Clinical College in Vietnam. The researchers plan to increase the dose of anti-influenza drug "Tamiflu" taken by patients with bird flu from the current dose of 75 mg to 150 mg. This method will help scientists understand whether the H5N1 avian influenza virus will be resistant to high doses of Tamiflu. It is reported that the study will last for several years in order to find a better way to treat bird flu patients.

The Ministry of Health of Vietnam said recently that since the first outbreak of bird flu in the country in late 2003, Vietnam has detected 93 cases of bird flu patients, 42 of them were dead. Since mid-November 2005, no new cases of human bird flu have been found in Vietnam. However, four Vietnamese patients who had previously died of bird flu were found at the end of 2005. The body's bird flu virus has developed resistance to Tamiflu. Medicinal.

According to figures recently released by the World Health Organization, since 2003, 231 people have been infected with bird flu worldwide, and 133 of them have died. 42 in Vietnam and Indonesia, and 14 in Thailand. (Finish)

Bio-Scouring Enzyme is developed for bioscouring process of knitted natural cellulosic fibers. Bio-scouring is an enzymatic process that providing a milder and gentler alternative method to traditional scouring. Coenzyme SPA-5 is liquid and alkaline pectinase preparation. It is specially developed for bioscouring process of knitted natural cellulosic fibers such as cotton, linen, hemp and blend. It removes pectin and other impurities from cotton fibers without any degradation of the cellulose, soften and eliminate cotton seed to optimize dyeing performance.

Coenzyme SPA-5 is a perfect substitution to the traditional process of dyeing and finishing. It can replace the caustic soda, bleaching stabilizer and other harsh chemicals, and Simplify the production process, effectively shorten the processing hours. Decrease the TDS.COD.BOD index in waste water.

Benefits:
Improve handfeel and softness of fibers
No cellulose fibre damage and decrease the weight loss of the fibers
Water and energy saving
Environmental friendly without extensive use of harsh chemicals
Suggested solution combined with anti-pilling proces
