Feed Crusher Selection and Use

First, the type of feed mill and selection
1. Roller mill. It is a machine that uses a pair of cylindrical rollers for relative rotation to saw and grind the feed. It has the advantages of high productivity, low power, easy adjustment, etc. It is mostly used in the wheat flour milling industry. In the feed processing industry, it is generally used in the first process of secondary crushing operations.
2. Hammer type feed mill. It is a machine that uses high-speed rotating hammers to crush the feed. It has the characteristics of simple structure, strong versatility, high productivity and safe use. It is commonly used 9F-45, 9FQ-50 and 9FQ-50B.
3. Tooth claw type feed mill. It is a machine that uses high-speed rotating teeth to break feed. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fine product size, and high working speed. Commonly used FFC-l5 type, FFC-23 type and FFC-45 type and so on.
When purchasing, select the model based on the number of items on the job day, and then select the specific product according to the manufacturing quality, sales price, and spare parts supply. When selecting, first perform an appearance inspection, and finally check whether the attachment, manual, and certificate are complete.
Second, the correct use of feed mill
l. The long-term operation of the crusher should be fixed on the basis of cement. If the working site is frequently changed, the shredder and the electric motor must be installed on the base made of angle iron. If the shredder is powered by diesel, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the diesel power is slightly greater than the shredder power, and the two are The pulley groove is the same, and the outer end face of the pulley is on the same plane.
2. After the crusher is installed, check the tightening conditions of the fasteners. If loose, tighten them.
3. To check whether the tightness of the belt is proper, whether the motor shaft and the shredder axis are parallel.
4. Before starting the crusher, first turn the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammers and rotors are flexible and reliable. There is no collision phenomenon in the shell. Whether the rotation of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine, the motor and the powder The lubrication of the machine is good.
5. Do not easily replace the pulley to prevent the speed of the crushing chamber from exploding, or the speed is too low to affect the work efficiency.
6. After the crusher starts, it will idle for 2 to 3 minutes. No abnormal phenomenon will occur after the crushing station is started.
7. Always pay attention to the operation of the pulverizer during work, and feed materials evenly to prevent obstruction of boring cars. Do not overload for a long time. If there is vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, spraying of material outside, etc., it is necessary to immediately stop the inspection and remove the fault before continuing to work.
8. The crushed material should be carefully inspected to avoid accidents such as copper, iron, stones and other hard objects entering the crushing room.
9. The operator should not wear gloves, and should stand on the side of the grinder when feeding so as to prevent rebounding debris from injuring the face.
10. Forbidden to feed or withdraw feed by hand or wooden stick when jammed.

Slicker brushes are typically used after primarily brushing with a bristle or a wire pin brush. They are provided with fine wire pins that are secured to a flat base. The pins are bent at an angle approximately halfway down the pin. The slicker brush is typically used on dogs with long coats and those with curly coats. For heavier and thicker coats, one is recommended to use a brush with stiffer pins. This type of brush comes in a wide range of sizes and degrees of pin stiffness. The pet flea combs can make your pets to get better intimate terms.
