Net cage production:

Feeding:

The most suitable feed for cage turtles is buoyant granular material, which is put into the feed table and floats on the surface of the water, allowing turtles to ingest food freely. The use of powder materials to mix in and discharge water into groups is acceptable, but the bottom of the bait should be covered with fine mesh nylon yarn. Prevent feed loss. Generally about 1500 grams of material per 50kg turtle daily, in principle, feeding the feed within 2 hours is better.

Pest control:

Very few turtles get sick. In order to prevent pathogenic bacteria from infecting the waters, the water in the cage can be disinfected periodically. 20 g of bleaching powder is used per cubic meter of water. When raising young turtles, it is advisable to prevent water rat and leeches from harming. It is advisable to use metal nets. Other management work is the same as conventional turtles.

The most important feature of cages for raising turtles is high yield, which can produce more than 10kg per square meter per year, and it has no effect on the original cultured species such as fish in the water.
