As a result of deterioration of the lubricating oil, not only shorten the service life of the lubricating oil, but also damage the engine. Therefore, measures need to be taken to delay the deterioration of the lubricating oil during engine operation. First, the use of quality meets the requirements of the lubricant. Lubricant oil quality is good or bad, if it is easy to use, it will affect the quality. When the lubricating oil is operated in a diesel engine or a gasoline engine, the properties related to deterioration tend to be viscosity, clean dispersion, and anti-corrosion resistance. If the viscosity is too large, more film will be formed in the piston ring area, piston skirt and inner cavity; if the viscosity is too small, the seal between the cylinder and the piston ring will not be strict, which will cause the lubricant to be diluted with fuel oil and the gas will enter the crankshaft. The box makes the lubricant easy to precipitate. Therefore, certain viscosity must be used as specified. When the clean dispersibility is not good, the film and the precipitate easily form. Film is a viscous material. Can make the piston ring glued in the groove of the piston ring to lose elasticity and does not play a sealing role, speed up the dilution of the lubricant and precipitate. The clean dispersibility of lubricating oil is mainly improved by adding a clean dispersant. Therefore, it is necessary to add a clean dispersant to the engine lubricating oil for automobiles, otherwise, it will soon deteriorate. The operating temperature of the diesel engine is higher, so more clear dispersant is added to the diesel engine lubricant. Turbocharged, high-speed, high-load engines have more and more efficient dispersants. If some petrol engines use gasoline engine lubricants, they may consider replacing them with diesel engine oil if they are found to be deteriorating rapidly. When the anti-corrosion resistance is not good, the lubricating oil is easily oxidized, polymerized to rapidly increase its viscosity, and organic acids are generated to corrode metal. Increasing the resistance to oxygen and corrosion is also achieved by adding antioxidants and anti-corrosion agents. Therefore, automotive engine oils should be added anti-oxidant anti-corrosion agent. Second, to strengthen maintenance and the correct use of crude oil, fine filters and air filters. Lubricant coarse and fine filters can filter impurities and precipitates in the lubricant in time, so it can extend the service life of the lubricant. Third, strengthen the crankcase ventilation device inspection, keep clean and smooth. Crankcase ventilation can remove gas in a timely manner to prevent moisture, carbon dioxide, etc. in the gas from entering the lubricant and accelerating the formation of precipitates. Strengthening the inspection of the crankcase ventilation system to keep it clean and unblocked is an important measure to delay deterioration of the lubricant. Fourth, timely repairs to maintain the normal coordination of cylinders and pistons. According to experience, when the engine cylinder wear reaches 0.30 to 0.35 mm, the engine's working condition is rapidly deteriorated, and the fuel oil and gas leaked into the crankcase are greatly increased, which accelerates the deterioration of the lubricant. At the same time, the lubricating oil burned into the cylinder also increases. Therefore, the cylinder wear to a certain extent must be repaired in time, and should not be used recklessly. 5. The oil temperature, water temperature and oil pressure should be maintained during use. The use of gasoline engines should maintain the temperature of the lubricating oil 80 ~ 85 °C, water temperature 80 ~ 90 °C. The diesel engine should also maintain a certain oil temperature and water temperature according to the specification. When the oil temperature and water temperature of the engine are too high, the lubricant oil easily oxidizes and polymerizes at high temperatures to produce macromolecules such as gums and asphaltenes. However, when the temperature is low, the fuel gas will condense and cause liquid phase corrosion. Precipitation occurs at crankcases and the like. Lubricant pressure should also be kept within the specified range. If the pressure of the lubricating oil is too high, it will cause a large amount of lubricating oil to enter the combustion chamber, which will not only waste oil and pollute the environment, but also increase the coking in the engine combustion chamber; if the pressure is too low, the lubricating oil supply will be insufficient and the lubrication will be poor. Large parts wear out and there is even danger of pulling cylinders. 6. Clean the lubrication system in time. According to the regulations, the engine lubrication system should be washed in time to avoid contaminating the lubricant and shorten the service life. The cleaning method is: When the engine stops working, immediately release the hot lubricating oil in a clean container and concentrate the precipitation. Blow the lubricating oil line with compressed air, and use a low-viscosity oil or a mixture of diesel oil and lubricating oil to clean the lubrication system. Should not be washed with kerosene, otherwise it will change the viscosity of the lubricant to reduce, starting to make the parts poor lubrication, causing wear. Then, the mixed oil is discharged, and the old oil that was replaced by long-term precipitation is replaced with the old one.
