Winter fruit trees antifreeze method

Every year in the winter and spring, the temperature is relatively low. In the management of fruit trees, we must pay attention to the protection against freezing damage. There are roughly three methods: physical, ecological and chemical methods. The physical method is a method of directly protecting fruit trees against freezing damage in the winter and spring seasons. The effect is more significant. Currently, most of the physical methods used by fruit growers are: (1) Covering crop stalks, leaves, etc. between the rows of fruit trees, which can both protect the soil and increase the temperature of the orchard; (2) 1 meter around the fruit trees. (3) Before the winter season, combine 15 pounds of roots with the soil to plow the fruit trees in winter tillage; (4) Wrap the main trunk with the straw rope before the major freezing. Branches, or bundles of tree trunks tied with trunks; (5) Shake off snow from the trees in time after heavy snow. The ecological method is to improve the ecological environment of fruit trees through certain measures and to prevent freezing and freezing damage. (1) Irrigation anti-freezing method, when the soil is “frozen in the night” before freezing, the fruit trees will be filled with water, which can not only be used for winter spring, but also prevent spring drought, promote the growth and development of fruit trees, and can also use water storage to make the winter period The ground temperature remained relatively stable, thereby reducing the freezing damage. (2) Anti-freezing method of smoke, this method should be adopted during the coldest night in winter. The use of sawdust, clam shells, and crushed straw is preferable. Light up at around midnight, pay attention to controlling the fire, and use dark smoke as appropriate. Generally, every 667 square meters of orchard can point 3 to 4 fire points so that the smoke covers the orchard. According to the determination, the smoke method can generally increase the temperature by 3 to 4°C. (3) Windbreaks can also be created. Use windbreaks to improve the orchard's microclimate, reduce wind speed, and suppress drought, which can reduce frost damage. The chemical method artificially sprays chemical agents with certain functions prior to low-temperature freezing injury, delaying the flowering period of fruit trees, increasing the concentration of tree juice, etc., thereby enhancing the cold resistance. If naphthalene acetic acid is sprayed in early spring, the flowering period of fruit trees can be delayed for more than 5 days so as to avoid freezing injury.
