Post-emergence herbicides in corn fields should pay attention to those

The growth period of summer sowing maize coincides with the high temperature and rainy weather in our province. The amount of weeds in the field is large and grows fast, which seriously affects the growth of corn. I have surveyed most of the farmers this year using post-emergence herbicides in corn fields. However, due to improper use of methods and methods by some rural households, it often causes some phytotoxicity problems in production. Therefore, the following suggestions are made:
1. Appropriate period of use of drugs: When the post-emergence stem and leaf spray to be in the corn 4 leaf 1 heart, weeds before the 4 leaf stage. In the case of directional spraying with a non-irradiating herbicide, weeds are uniformly sprayed on weed stems and leaves in the absence of wind after the 8-leaf stage.
2. At noon during high temperature and windy days, the use of drugs is forbidden. After 4 pm, the use of drugs should be effective to prevent the decrease of drug efficacy or injury caused by droplet drift.
3. Strict control of the amount of medication: According to the prescribed dose of constant spray, prohibit repeated spraying.
4. Corn sprayed with organophosphorus agents is sensitive to post-emergence herbicides, with a minimum interval of 7 days between two drugs.
5. Directional spray hoods should be installed when using non-biodegradable herbicides to prevent drug mists from drifting onto crops and causing phytotoxicity. The grass should not be cut or turned over within 3 days after spraying.
