4, timely adjustment of belt tension: After the belt is exposed to high temperatures, it is easy to make the tension loose and slip, resulting in engine overheating, belt damage and so on. For this reason, in the hot season, check and adjust the tension of the belt to prevent the belt from slipping.
5, pay attention to the maintenance of the battery: At high temperatures, the battery will generate a lot of water vapor, blocking the vent. Causes the battery's internal pressure to be too high and bursts. For this reason, in the hot season, you should often clear the hole for courage. The high temperature can also cause the battery water to evaporate, leading to lack of water, and accelerating the plate vulcanization and damage. To this end, every 7-10 days, the operator should check the battery once, if it is found that the liquid level drops due to lack of water, it should be added in time distilled water.
6, to prevent battery pole pile oxidation: high temperature easy to make battery pole pole oxidation, causing locomotive start difficult, electrical system failure. To this end, butter or vaseline should be applied to the poles to prevent oxidation of the pole stakes.
