Bio-stalk decomposition technology

Only one enzyme activation decomposer is added. Straw can be made into straw feed rich in nutrients at room temperature after two hours of biochemical reaction. In the prior art, the biochemical reaction generally takes 2 days. Experts believe that this new technology has not only solved the problem of increasing the conversion rate of straw feed in China, but also broke through for the first time the difficulty that food-eating animals can feed straw. The application of this straw decomposition technology can reduce the cost of farming by about 20% to 30%. This new technology was won by the National Labor Model, National Science and Technology Progress Special Award winner Wang Shantang, Director of the High-Tech Application Institute of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry in Xingan League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. After nearly 6 years of research, experimentation, demonstration, and application. Based on the reverse reaction principle of the formation of biochemical reactions of crop straw, Wang Shantang uses bio-compound enzymes and a carrier to synergistically decompose the macromolecules of straw into small molecules until they are degraded to amino acids and glucose, and thus are directly absorbed by animals. In this process, not only cellulose, cell walls, and intercellular substances are decomposed into nutrients, but also cell walls are destroyed, intracellular nutrients are released, and finally, the conversion rate of straw feed is greatly improved. This decomposed straw feed can not only be fully digested by herbivores such as cattle and sheep, but also can be fully digested by feed animals such as pigs and chickens. This technology was highly praised by biochemistry experts and professor Liu Defu of Peking University. He believes that Wang Shantang's new technology for bio-stalk decomposition has a breakthrough and is at the leading level in the country, with a more thorough response, higher digestibility, and easier user operation. For 6 years, Wang Shantang successively conducted experiments and demonstrations on the use of straw decomposers to raise livestock and poultry in 2500 farmers and herdsmen in 20 provinces (autonomous regions) including Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Xinjiang. Both achieved good social and economic benefits. Welcomed by the farmers.
