Should take a long suction pipe or reduce the pump position. 2. The power machine is stationary: The actual head and flow of the pump exceeds the specified range. Should adjust the head, flow, close the small valve, reduce the amount of water. 2 Small power and large water pump. Should reduce the pump speed or change the power engine. 3 bearing damage. Impeller and pump casing have serious friction. The bearings should be replaced, the wear of the impeller checked, and the impeller replaced if necessary. 4 The shaft of the water pump is bent or the axes of the machine and pump are not concentric. The water pump shaft or adjuster or pump coupling should be straightened to make it concentric. 3, the machine vibration, abnormal sound or bearing heat: 1 suction head exceeds the required standards or the bottom valve plug, should reduce the pump position or clear the block on the bottom valve. 2 There is a vortex in the suction tank and the air enters the pump. The water inlet depth should be increased to put a wooden frame on the water surface.
