A key scientific and technological research project undertaken by the Institute of Soil and Fertilizer Research, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other research projects has made breakthrough progress in the research of pollution-free bio-organic fertilizer technology for crop straw production. The produced “Zhanyuan” brand new bio-organic fertilizer fills a gap in the domestic fertilizer industry. The successful research of this technology has not only solved the problem of effective utilization of crop straw, but also solved the problem of increasingly serious agricultural product pollution caused by long-term application of chemical fertilizers, and can completely replace the conventional fertilization mode of chicken manure and chemical fertilizer. Recently, the new organic bio-fertilizer of “Cangyuan” brand has been examined and approved by the Shandong Province’s pollution-free agricultural product management authority as the “key pollution-promoting agricultural production material of Shandong Province”. Since 1999, researchers from the Institute of Soil and Fertilizer Science, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences have studied the physicochemical properties of various crop straws after more than three years of hard work, and optimized and screened effective parts from more than 2300 experimental formula combinations. simulation. In view of the instability of the domestic bacterial population's fermentation capacity, they have introduced biotechnological mixed fermentation processes with advanced international standards from the United States so that key technologies continue to make breakthroughs. After obtaining stable dosage forms in laboratory tests, this year they have introduced large-scale crop straw crushing equipment from abroad to conduct pilot tests, and the entire process is maturing. Experts pointed out that the new type of bio-organic fertilizer produced using crop stalks contains a large number of beneficial bacteria, humus and various amino acids, enzymes, etc., and adds scientifically-combined quick-acting and micro- and medium-sized elements, both with organic fertilizer. The long-term effect, but also has the quick effect of inorganic fertilizer and synergies of biological fertilizers, but also improve the soil structure, inhibit soil diseases, improve the quality of vegetables, is a new type of fertilizer for the production of green agricultural products. Field trials conducted by the Institute of Fisheries of the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences also showed that this bio-organic fertilizer has three salient features: First, it has low cost and good results. Last year, 151 vegetable greenhouse trials in Zibo showed that in the early spring the squash production increased by 25% year-on-year, and winter parsley increased production by 20%, and other vegetables increased production by 10% to 15%. In general, an acre shed can use half the labor force to complete the fertilizing workload in a day, and using chicken manure and chemical fertilizers takes several days. At present, this kind of bio-organic fertilizer has been used in Zibo, Gaoqing, Anqiu, Liangshan and Chengwu in Shandong Province to promote the application of more than 300,000 mu.
