Two Uses and Maintenance of Diesel Engine

1, diesel engine which parts should be assembled when the first oiled diesel engine Many parts in the assembly should be painted with some lubricating oil in advance, which is to extend the service life of parts and improve the mechanical performance is very good, the following part of the role of the assembly of oil Some brief introductions. 1.1 For the purpose of easy disassembly 1.1.1 When assembling the piston pin, apply some oil in the connecting rod small head bushing and the piston pin end to facilitate the entry of the piston pin. 1.1.2 When replacing the valve guide, apply some oil on the outer circle of the valve guide to facilitate its installation into the cylinder head mounting hole. 1.2 For the purpose of enhanced sealing 1.2.1 In addition to the cylinder head gaskets, grease is not applied to the cylinder heads. During installation, other mats are thinly coated on both sides with a layer of butter or engine oil to enhance the seal. 1.2.3 When installing various oil seals, apply a layer of lubricating oil on the working surface to enhance the sealing effect of the oil seal. 1.2.3 When installing the rotor oil pump, add appropriate amount of engine oil between the inner and outer rotors to enhance the sealing of the inner and outer rotors to form pumping oil. 1.3 For the purpose of lubrication, when the diesel engine is started, the friction surfaces of some components are not lubricated. Therefore, dry friction occurs to accelerate the wear of components, and even the phenomenon of seizing and scratches occurs. If the components are splash-lubricated, they are just starting. Lubrication is even worse; some parts only rely on one-time lubrication. Therefore, it is necessary to pre-oil the following parts during assembly. 1.3.1 When the piston pin is assembled with the connecting rod bushing and connecting rod bearing, a layer of engine oil should be applied on the surface. 1.3.2 When the piston and piston ring are installed in the cylinder liner, apply a layer of engine oil to the surface of the cylinder wall, piston and piston ring. 1.3.3 The valve guide and valve stem have a small clearance and are lubricated by splashing. Apply some oil on the working surface during assembly to prevent it from being seized. 1.3.4 First, two drops of engine oil should be reassembled at the two ends of the valve stem, the tappet, and the adjusting screw bowl-shaped recess. 1.3.5 The plunger pair and the injector needle valve pair are very precise and should be coated with some oil to prevent seizure. 1.3.6 When assembling the rocker arm and rocker arm, the working surface should be coated with some oil. 1.3.7 The oil, ball, shaft and bearing of the regulator should be coated with some oil before installation. 1.3.8 The gears in the gear room can be coated with oil and then reassembled, or they can be filled with oil on each gear. 1.3.9 The engine crankshaft is lubricated by the oil mist that has been splashed in the crankcase and then enters the bush through the oil hole. Therefore, the lubrication conditions are poor, and some oil must be applied to the inner surfaces of the journal and bushing before assembly. 1.3.10 Coat the shaft spline and the inner hole of the separating claw with a thin layer of engine oil, or apply a thin layer of butter in the spline groove and then install it. 1.3.11 The clutch release bearing is a sealed bearing with no oil injection hole and is filled with oil one time during assembly. The method is to immerse the disengagement bearing in the dissolving lubricating grease, after the bearing is filled with grease and cools, take out, clean the surface and reassemble. 1.3.12 The main and auxiliary shift levers inside the gearbox are driven by the oil mist of the gear splashing. Therefore, some gear oil should be applied to the working surface before assembly to prevent the dial from jamming and slow down the positioning ball and the shift fork. Wear and tear. 2. Recovery of bearing pad size with 420 film 2.1 Preparation before laying 2.1.1 Tiles to be repaired are machined on a boring mill to remove geometrical deviations and obtain a surface with a certain roughness. If the old tiles with small taper and ellipticity can be polished with sandpaper to reveal metallic luster, and then roll out the mesh pattern with embossing rollers, the pattern depth is generally 0.10--0.20mm, which is appropriate to increase the bonding area and stickiness. relay. 2.1.2 cutting plastic film. According to the choice of the size of the tiles to be repaired, the thickness of the film is generally 0.60 mm, and a boring allowance of about 0.20 mm is required. Cut the film by the size of the tile. The film is about 5 mm wider than the tile. 2.1.3 Wash the tile surface and film with organic solvents such as ethyl acetate or acetone, then wipe them one by one with KH-550 toluene solution. 2.1.4 Place the tiles in an incubator and heat to 200-210°C for 15 minutes. 2.2 Laying and Curing 2.2.1 Remove the tiles from the thermostat and place the prepared film on the tile accurately. After spreading, do not move the tiles. Use the self-made small roller to remove the oil. (from the role of stripping agent) rolling several times, so that the film and the tile completely fit, and then into the incubator, until the film is completely melted and then removed, if any bubbles appear, can be used after piercing, then use Roll in several times until no air bubbles arrive. 2.2.2 Place the tiles in the incubator again, hold them at a temperature of about 180°C for 2 hours, and cool them to room temperature. 2.3 Shaping 2.3.1 Clean the excess film on all four sides of the tile. 2.3.2 Place the tiles in the watts, tighten them according to the specified torque and pry them to the required size on the boring machine. To improve the surface finish, the surface should be coated with engine oil during boring. Note that the fit clearance of the bearing shell neck is larger than the standard clearance, and the upper limit of the standard clearance may be larger than the upper limit value by 0.01--0.02 mm.
